Chef Elfe or Miss Elfe as popularly called is originally from Ghana in West Africa. The 2nd born of 4 siblings, born and raised by both parents in a Christian home. Her mum being a caterer inspired her to develop her love and passion to cook. Miss. Elfe has 20 years plus of cooking experience. She's inspired by how food can bring people together and can tell a story about where a person is from. In her current role, she serves as a Catering Manager at a renowned University in North Carolina.
Miss. Elfe graduated from the University of Ghana Legon in 2009, where she studied Fine Arts. Then attended Sinclair Community College in Dayton Ohio, where she got her second degree in Baking and Hospitality in 2018. Working as a cook at restaurants and nursing homes developed her skills, and passion for cooking, and gained high-quality experience. With Miss. Elfe's versatility, she's able to incorporate both continental and International dishes to create the perfect buffet. She loves to use natural herbs, fresh organic vegetables, and fruits in her cooking. Her culinary experience and the motivation of her clients birthed Miss Elfe's Catering Services. Miss Elfe isn't only a professional chef, she is an outstanding leader and brings a lot of experience to the table.  In Elfe's spare time, she loves to travel, engage in church activities and spend time with her kids. Every meal she creates reflects these values: providing excellent taste, quality ingredients, and nourishment for the body, soul, and mind. As she always says, "GOOD FOOD GOOD MOOD".
